The whole space seats 36 guests with our furniture, and we can make special arrangements for larger groups. The boardroom seats eight. Tell us your headcount and preferred layout and we’ll confirm the right fit.

You can book the whole space for 2 to 6 hours: 2 hours $600, 3 hours $900, 4 hours $1,200, 5 hours $1,500, 6 hours $1,800. Each booking has a $25 cleaning fee. Rates are in USD with no tax added.

Members pay $25 an hour for any group up to 8 people. Non-members pay $50 an hour for up to 2 people, plus $10 an hour for each extra person, up to 8 people. That’s $60 for 3 people, $70 for 4, $80 for 5, $90 for 6, $100 for 7 and $110 an hour for a full room of 8. There is no cleaning fee for the boardroom.

Fast internet, coffee, tea and air conditioning. The whole space has a projector and the boardroom has a TV screen and whiteboard wall. Let us know what you’ll be presenting from so we can check the connection ahead of time.

Setup and pack-down happen within your booked time. If you need longer, book an extra hour at the usual hourly rate.

Yes. You can book 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 hours. A 3-hour AGM is $900, half a day (4 hours) is $1,200, 5 hours is $1,500 and 6 hours is $1,800, plus the $25 cleaning fee.

Yes. Our internet is fast and reliable, so hybrid AGMs, video calls and presentations run smoothly. We’re also in the process of installing Starlink for even more resilience. Reliable wifi can be hard to find on island, and many cafés and public spots can’t offer a stable connection for an important meeting.

Public wifi in Turks and Caicos can be patchy, and not every café has a connection you can count on. On Island is a coworking space in Grace Bay with fast internet, open 8am to 8pm. Drop in with a $40 day pass or a $180 week pass, or book the boardroom by the hour.

Yes. On Island members book the boardroom for $25 an hour, whatever the group size, up to 8 people. Our part-time and full-time memberships also include boardroom time each month.
